Common questions

Most account and settings questions are yours to handle from Your record:

• Remove a conversation — on Your record, "Remove this exchange" for a single one, or "Clear all conversations" for everything.
• Change how long things are kept — Your record → Consent & retention.
• Download everything — export your whole record.
• Leave / delete your account — reach out below and we'll withdraw you; your record is really deleted, not hidden.
